I think these could be some pricy items then. Looking on the test server, they do seem to have an invention section on their tech 1 bpos.

As I understand it, the tech 1 rigs tend to provide 10% bonuses, and the tech 2 ones 15% bonuses. Does anyone know how one might aquire bpo's for the tech 2 rigs? Will they be distributed with the lottery? Or will we have to invent bpc's for them?

Do dead npc's leave wrecks? Can you rename them? If yes to both; does the overview now update when you rename a wreck (unlike with renaming cans since dragon)?
